Living Prayer GroupBeing in prayer is one of the most important aspects of the relationship one has with God. Intended as a way to strengthen the connection with our Creator, it can also serve as a way to foster a bond with others when entering into prayer as a group. The Living Prayer Group provides the perfect place for those wishing to join together in communal prayer.
Every Monday the group meets from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. in Faith’s Administrative Building on the south side. The group is open to both male and female adults as well as older teenagers. If you have any questions, or would simply like to be lifted up in prayer, contact Joy George at 352-348-7300 or via email at [email protected]. |
Men's MinistryWe are a small, but integral part of our thriving church. As a Men's Group, we are charged by God to be leaders, but there is nothing preventing us from enjoying a good laugh, good fellowship, and good food while doing the Lord's work.
We have a monthly Men's Breakfast and an Annual Spiritual Retreat. Our group also sponsors Cub Scout Pack 100. We host an annual Golf Tournament, Fourth of July Baseball Game (with fireworks), Church Cookouts and Campfires, and additionally lend our hands to help with various projects and outreach projects and missions in support of the church and community. We meet for our monthly Men's Breakfast on every second Saturday of the month, at 8:30 a.m. in Faith's Family Life Center Cafe. For more information, please contact Chuck Emerton at 561-797-5854 or email him at: [email protected] |
L.I.F.T. Women's MinistryWomen in general, tend to have lots to stress over, and the "Ladies In Faith Together" have created a wonderful support system that was created from the friendships and camaraderie of meeting every month to fellowship together.
They offer prayer, snacks and lively discussions. They do arts & crafts and play games, all in a Christian atmosphere with one common goal: to share in the Love and Grace of Our Lord and Savior. Participation in local and church missions is very important, and so they sponsor church activities including Upper Room Devotionals, |
Blessing Bags for the Homeless, Christmas Food bags for the Food Challenged, World Vision Girl Sponsorship, Hope for Freedom, which helps Minor Girls freed from Human Trafficking, and AVDA which helps Women of Domestic Violence. They utilize fundraisers, such as running the after Sunday Service Fellowship Café and hosting the Semi-Annual Indoor Flea Market, to support these missions.
While currently not meeting, typically the women of "Ladies In Faith Together" meet in the Fellowship Café (in Faith's Family Life Center) on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 pm for food and fellowship. They would love for you to join! Please contact [email protected], or call the church office (561-738-1902) if you would like to join our fun and exciting women's ministry! Also they can be found on Facebook!
MISSION STATEMENT:
To provide outreach to our Faith Community by assisting women and children, and providing service and support to those in need.
"Don't be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God." -1 Peter 3:3-4

Fellowship CaféWe are blessed to have a dedicated group who has a heart for preparing food! Our congregation benefits greatly from this ministry, which provides lunch after Faith's second service every week. (Currently not serving lunch after the service.)
From time to time, this group may also assists with other events that the church and other ministry groups host. If you are interested in volunteering your culinary skills, please contact Denise Caruso to find out more! (561-470-5633) |
